Filter Brewing:Produces a smooth, rounded and naturally sweet cup, with chocolate and caramel at the forefront and lighter notes of vanilla and tangerine adding complexity.

Espresso:A particularly good match for espresso, offering a rich chocolate base, caramel sweetness and gentle spice with a balanced acidity.

Milk Based Drinks:The deeper roast and rounded body work especially well with milk, cutting through steamed milk to deliver flavours of dark chocolate, caramel and brown sugar.
