Filter Brewing: Excellent clarity and balance with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, citrus and soft stone fruit acidity. Best suited to V60, Chemex and AeroPress brewing methods.

Espresso: Sweet and balanced espresso with chocolate, toffee and orange notes. Medium body with clean acidity and a smooth lingering finish.

Milk Based Drinks: Cuts well through milk while retaining caramel sweetness and cocoa notes. Produces smooth, balanced flat whites and lattes with subtle citrus complexity.
